First time stay. The property is newly renovated in the old Santa Barbara Spanish style, Our room was clean and very comfortable. We enjoyed coffee and a bite to eat for breakfast. We loved the yoghurt with chia seeds and blueberries. The espresso was delicious. The server was fun to talk to and made our experience memorable. High class, high quality. Dog friendly.

"It was sketchy-people yelling at each other at all times of night. Lots of work trucks staying there . Was afraid for my daughter to take her dog out for walk at night alone. You get what u pay for. Room was ok and we didn’t get bedbugs and was fairly clean."

"Friendly staff! The only reason I didn’t give a perfect 10/10 is because we had to wait for a long time at the restaurant before we were attended by the waitress to take our order. But definitely a friendly and family environment!"

"We stay here every year on our wedding anniversary and it's always great! There are tasty hot breakfast choices and juices every morning and the room is clean and comfortable. Also, it's a short walk to all the downtown shops and restaurants. We'll be back!"
